Jeff Wolfe, CEO of VELOCE ENERGY, a startup focused on accelerating the transition to a fully electrified future, announced the remaining company founders. “I am excited by the expansion of the founding team.” Wolfe said, “Having the talent and experience of these three co-founders puts VELOCE in a position to accelerate our product development, sales, and execution capabilities.”

Mark Yates, Chief Operating Officer. Mark has a long and successful background in manufacturing technology & operations leadership. Most recently, as the Executive Vice President Operations with Tritium Americas, Mark established a new manufacturing facility and expanded back office and production capabilities. Previously as Regional CIO at JELDWEN Australia, he held responsibilities for technology and manufacturing expansion in the Asia-Pacific region.
Randy Palombi, Chief Sales Officer. Randy has a distinguished career in successfully creating high-volume sales with new products in new markets. Randy was most recently the Vice President of Sales for Tritium and was previously a member of the senior leadership team with Stem, where he pioneered energy storage infrastructure. Formerly he led utility management consulting engagements as a Director at PwC and retail energy and demand response product sales as a Vice President for Constellation Energy and CPower.
Mike Schenck, VP of Engineering and Product. Mike has a distinguished background in high power electronics product development and execution. Most recently he founded and operated Ipsum Power Corp, an engineering and technical marketing firm, assisting global companies on product strategy, development, and execution. Previously he founded Pursuant Power, a utility scale energy storage company. Mike also led First Solar Advanced Power Conversion and Plant Architecture teams, Semikron's Solutions & Systems group and has a background in critical power systems.
